Developed a comprehensive web-based booking and administrative ecosystem enabling online reservations, and payment tracking, significantly optimizing the studio's operations, allowing instructors to focus on teaching rather than administrative logistics.
Overview
Twerkfit SG originally operated through a high-friction booking model, relying entirely on Instagram Direct Messages to coordinate schedules and verify payments. This manual approach created significant bottlenecks, making it nearly impossible to track real-time attendance or manage class capacities accurately. To solve this, we engineered a custom digital solution consisting of a public-facing booking site and a private administrative dashboard. The customer portal allows dancers to browse and book classes seamlessly, while the admin site provides instructors with a high-level view of financial data and class rosters. By digitizing these workflows, the project successfully eliminated the heavy administrative burden on the dance instructors, reduced booking errors, and provided a professional, scalable foundation for the studio's growth.
