Developed an end-to-end interactive catering and bulk-order platform for a Subway branch looking to expand its reach into the corporate and events market. Included integration with a delivery platform to avoid manual entry and an automated alert system that improved kitchen preparation times and operational readiness.

Tasked with facilitating a Subway branch's entry into the catering sector, we designed and implemented a comprehensive digital ecosystem to handle bulk orders. The project centered on a client site that allows users to fully customize sandwich platters and schedule large-scale deliveries through integrated third-party platforms. To support the back-of-house operations, we built a robust administrative dashboard for order tracking and a custom notification bot that alerts staff to upcoming orders throughout the day. This proactive alert system ensured the team could manage inventory and prep ingredients well in advance, minimizing kitchen bottlenecks. The final delivery successfully bridged the gap between customer customization and logistical execution, driving new revenue through a streamlined, end-to-end catering service.
